Mr. Otoghile holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Statistics from the University of Benin and a Master of Science degree in Economics from the University of Lagos. He is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers of Nigeria and an Authorized Dealing Clerk of the Nigerian Stock Exchange.
He is the Managing Director of Gruene Capital Limited. He actually joined the Company in November 2014 as a Trader and rose to the positions of the Chief Dealer in August 2018 and Acting Managing Director in March 2019, before being appointed the substantive Managing Director in September 2019. Previously, he worked with Forthright Securities & Investment Limited where he was an Analyst and qualified as an authorized dealing clerk; Funds Matrix & Assets Management Limited, as an Analyst and qualified as a Graduate Member of Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers of Nigeria; and Morris Rousel (Nigeria) Consulting Ltd, Enterprise Micro-finance Bank Ltd, WT Securities Ltd and Royal Exchange Assurance Plc in various capacities. He had his National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) in 2006 in Kwara State.
Bright is an active dealing clerk and has developed experience in investment management business with proven expertise in securities analysis, trading and portfolio management respectively.
Mr Amadi-Emina is a Solicitor and Advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. He is a versatile lawyer with experience in the areas of corporate and commercial law, litigation, company secretarial practice and capital markets.
In a career spanning over 17 years, Mr Amadi-Emina has participated in several landmark Mergers and Acquisitions transactions in Nigeria and has acted as a Solicitor in many capital market issues.
He obtained a Bachelors’ degree in Law (LL.B Hons) from the University of Benin in 1998 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in October 2000.
He also obtained a Master’s Degree in International Law and Diplomacy from the University of Lagos in 2004.
Prior to joining the Group, Mr. Amadi-Emina worked with the commercial law firm of Lilian Esiri& Co (Legal Practitioners) for many years and acted at various times as the Company Secretary and Legal Adviser of First International Bank Liberia Limited (now FI Bank Liberia), International Insurance Company of Liberia Limited (IICL), GTI Capital Limited and GTI Securities Ltd (member of the Nigeria Stock Exchange) respectively.
Mr Amadi, is married with children
She is a graduate of chemistry from the University of Ilorin. She is a finance professional having trained as an Auditor and Accountant with Kayode Oshin & Co, an audit firm.
She is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). An associate of Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM), Institute of Credit Administration of Nigeria (ICA) and Chartered Institute of Security and Investment, London (CISI), A student of Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers of Nigeria (CIS).
She has a Master of Business Administration in finance from the University of Ilorin.
She has over 20 years experience having worked as Internal Auditor, Finance Manager and Head of Accounts in stockbroking firm, finance and microfinance house, oil and gas etc.
She attended many courses in tax management, fraud and detection, oil and gas and agriculture.
She is married with children.
Oluseye Awaye is a 1994 graduate of Accounting from Ogun State Polytechnic, Abeokuta and obtained his Masters’ in Business Administration (MBA) from Lagos State University. He is an Associate member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ACA).He is also an associate member of Chartered Institute of Taxation and Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers. He started his professional career with Olutoki Adeniyi& Co (chartered Accountant) and later moved to AG Leventis (wholesales Division). In 1999, he moved to Wema Securities & Finance Plc. (WEMASEC), where he rose to the level of Head, Financial Control. He joined the service of Edgefield Capital Management Limited as the Managing Director/CEO
Mr Ohaegbulem has a progressive versatile experience in IT Infrastructure support, Systems Administration, ERP Applications, Software Implementation and support, Database Administration, Cybersecurity Policy Design and deployment and IT Project Management.
He has a Master’s of Science (M Sc), in Information Technology and a Bachelors of Science (B Sc) in Computer Science.
He acquired professional certificates in the following fields: ITIL V3 Foundation, for Information Technology Services Management, Database Management Essential, Cybersecurity and It's Ten Domains, Cybersecurity and Internet of Things, Cybersecurity and Mobility, Cybersecurity Specialisation in “Developing Cybersecurity program for your Business”; from University System of Georgia, Cyber Attack from New York University Tandon School of Engineering, Corporate Sustainability(Understanding and Seizing the Strategic Opportunity) from Bocconi University Milan Italy and a Chartered Member of The Nigerian Institute of Management.
He was the Head, IT Operations and Administration of Chicason Group of Companies Nigeria Ltd. (an indigenous conglomerate with 13 subsidiaries) before joining Gruene Capital Ltd.
Gerald has attended several Trainings and Seminars in ICT, Cybersecurity and Business Management. Gerald is married with children
Mr. Igharo has experience in Stock Broking and Compliance Management.
He has Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Benin, in 2003, and a (B.SC) Hons. in Business Administration also from the University of Benin, in 1998.
Williams is an Associate Member of Nigeria Institute of Management (AMNIM) and also an Associate of Accounting Technicians (AAT)
Before joining Gruene Capital Limited, Mr. Igharo was the Head of Operation at Redasel Investment Limited. From records he has received employee of the year award from the Management for two consecutive years, highlighting his hard work, honesty and high sense of responsibility.
Mekan bagged his OND in Accountancy & Finance from Yaba College of Technology, Yaba-Lagos in 1988. He has attended various courses and seminars in the industry.
Mekan had worked previously with the Nigerian International Securities Ltd. He had manned the Finance and Operations desks of the company at various times.
He joined Gruene Capital Limited in the year 2014 and is Head of Registry Department.
